    Manager Sales Support
    Winterswijk (Netherlands)

    In this position you manage the Sales Support team. This team is dived in four sub teams, which are driven by a team leader. The Sales Support team takes care of the process from quotation till completion of the project and is responsible for the communication with the customer throughout the entire process. The Sales Support team consists of sales engineers, technical engineers, project managers, procurement and quality.

    Main tasks

    • Indirectly lead the employees of the sales support team;
    • Analyzing processes and, where necessary, improve them to achieve an efficient process;
    • Initiate and co-develop the sales support policy;
    • Ensure high reliability in meeting agreements with customers and Area Sales Managers;
    • Ensuring the proper occupation of the department;
    • Determining knowledge level and drawing up training plan;
    • Realizing an adequate consultation and communication structure within the department and promoting cooperation with the other organizational units;
    • Set up department budget and budget monitoring.

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor of Science, Business Administration
    • Minimum of 4 years work experience in a technical environment
    • Good knowledge of the market(s) and the products is required. As well as insight into purchasing, quality and Lean policies, the cost structure and the current rules/procedures regarding reporting and administration.

    Engineer
    Winterswijk (Netherlands)

    As an engineer at the Sales Support department Water, you play a central role in processing customer orders with the purpose of designing and constructing pumps, pumping systems and complete projects.

    Main tasks

    • Design and construct pumps, pump systems, as well as complete projects according to customer specifications
    • Translate market developments to the development of existing products and thereby contribute to continuous product improvement
    • Provide the total constructive documentation
    • Maintain contact with customers and suppliers

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering
    • Minimum of 5 years work experience in a technical environment
    • Experience with AutoCad / SolidWorks and ME10
    • A team player with sense of responsibility, which is initiative-rich, flexible, accurate and communicative
    • Good knowledge of the English language
